Fortified Farm Dinners

These farm dinners demonstrate community collaboration and celebrate all that our local farmers, chefs, breweries, businesses and non-profits add to the quality of life in Fort Collins. Three dinners will be presented in 2019, each one benefiting a different non-profit organization. See the full schedule at Fortified Collaborations. For the next dinner on October 19, Fortified Collaborations will be hosting its annual Bounty and Brews Dinner and silent auction. The dinner features eight local breweries paired with eight local chefs, tasked to create separate courses for a multi-course dinner. Serving 200 guests each year, this is a long-held farm dinner favorite.
