Tourism Matters! Certified Tourism Ambassador Program and the Impact:

The Fort Collins Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) Program is a nationally-certified program. It serves to increase tourism experiences and ROI through education with front-line employees, volunteers and community members to ensure a memorable experience for every visitor.  When visitors have a positive experience they are more likely to return in the future and also share their experience with others. This multi-faceted program improves regional knowledge, helps craft answers to visitor questions, and develops a better understanding of their role in tourism.
